Where do you ship to?

All 50 states in the US are eligible for our domestic shipping service.

How long does it take to process and ship orders?

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. During high-demand periods, it may take up to 3 business days.

What are your shipping rates?

The milestone book's shipping cost varies according to the destination and shipping method chosen. Calculations and displays of rates will take place during the checkout procedure, however for other items it is free shipping!

Do you provide order tracking information?

Yes, we provide order tracking information for all shipped orders. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is processed.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we can't change the shipping address after the order is placed. Please make sure your address is accurate during checkout.

What should I do if my order is delayed or hasn't arrived?

If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information provided. If you have concerns, feel free to contact our customer support.

What is your return policy for shipping-related issues?

With the exception of the milestone calendar, which is final sale unless it was damaged in transit, we offer a 14-day return policy for all orders. Before a refund is issued, all returns must be mailed back, and it may take up to five business days for the return to be processed.

Can I combine orders to save on shipping costs?

Since every order is handled separately, we are unable to combine orders for shipping.

What if I receive a damaged item due to shipping?

If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support with a photo of the damaged product, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

What are your shipping options?

We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. The specific options available will be displayed during the checkout process.


How do I return an item?

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long does it take to process my refund?

We will inspect your item as soon as it arrives and let you know that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item in 5-7 business days.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Can I exchange for a different item?

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return your original item and place a new order.
